Put charge on my at& t bill with out my authorization. Its a scam company nationwide

The company is a fraud and scam that put charge of $ 34.95 on my company bill. I had try to call the company and it forward me to sex phone. I check on their website for voicelink but i think its other company. This is a scam and i don't see why at &t did not banned them and not taking them as a customer
