For the last three months Voicemail Direct charged $14.95 to my Qwest account. Unfortunately I didn't discover it until I was preparing to pay my bill last month. I called Voicemail Direct, questioning this fee and requested that this service that I had never signed up for be canceled. They agreed to do this, but to date it has not been done. I received my latest bill today and I see this charge is there once again.
They claim that I signed up for it on the internet, but I did not, and would have no use for their service. I plan on taking the advice of others who have reported Voicemail Direct here and call my State Attorney General's Office.
