My daughter wanted to work for this company. It sounded great, they pay for your room & board during the 2-week training period and you get to see the country at their expense. After the training period they pay for your room but once you are earning money, as an independent contractor, you have to buy your own food.
Do not believe what they tell you, and here is why: The company paid for my daughter to get to Seattle. She arrived there and went straight out on the streets with her trainer. She got $20 that night for the food she ate earlier in the day. All was great and she went out again on Sat with a trainer and again, received her $20 for food that night when they returned to the hotel. Sun came and that night she only got $10 for food. Now it's Monday and she did so well with training that they put her out door to door by herself. Yes, with only 2 days of training.
She decided at the end of that day that this is not what she thought it would be and wanted to come home. When she tried to talk to the guy who hired her about going home he said "well, I guess you better get your parents to get you a plane or bus ticket... I have already spent enough money on you." It was told to us before hand, that, if at ANY time it wasn't working, they would get her back to where she came from. They didn't pay for her bus ticket nor did anyone have time to drive her to the bus station. Needless to say, after paying for the bus ticket and for the taxi to take her to the bus station, she is finally on her way home. With NO help from them!!!
