Recieved money from me for a T-shirt and never recieved and they won't return emails. Las Vegas

I placed an order for a shirt from BEATDOWN.com on March 20th of 2008. The money was withdrawn from my debit card on March 24 At 7:25 AM. I have left mulitiple emails to them regarding the situation, even threatening legal support and have not recieved anything back from them. The charge was for $25.95
