Charged my Master Card TWICE on August 30th for 39.90

I monitoe my credit card charges DAILY... On August 30th I found TWO charges for 39.90 from these frauds, I have disputed these both=within 24 hrs after they were charged to my account. I would GLADLY sign or swear out any legal product that would put these scum out of business. If any attorneys can file interstate wire fraud charges I will be more than happy to pay them..
