Rip-off NONFULFILLMENT direct response to email solicitation to purchase Submitted checking information Was debited $ 144.88 Have not rec'd product Web Site closed

I responded to an email solicitation inviting application for a USA Credit Account. Received approval and a link to an online store. Ordered a vacuum cleaner part credit / part cash and provided checking account information. Bank called me to verify debit which I granted.

Have not received product and on checking web site find it is closed down. This is a hardship and a fraud.
