Charter Cable Television ripoff changed to a service I did not agree upon Silverton Oregon

I feel cheated and lied to based on the fact that I originally agreed upon a service that I was to recieve and without warning was changed to a service I did not agree upon and told I will be paying for a service I did not choose and would not choose to pay that much for had I been told in advance.

I would not be treated this way with other companies without having the right to sue for misleading me.
I think this outrageous that anyone should even be allowed to pull this kind of stunt.
