I was told the items were in stock, and would be delivered that week. They charged my credit card.
The next day a sales rep called and said they had "made a mistake" and were not in stock. He promised they would be delivered in two weeks, on a Saturday in August. He said the delivery company would call us between 7 pm and 9 pm the evening before. They never called. The store would not help, and said it was up to the delivery company.
