Rick St. Marie and Dawn Wilson were the contact individuals I spoke directly to. I was quoted $800 as a flat fee, and through a lengthy discussion with Mr. St. Marie the likelyhood of the fee increasing was not possible due to specific factors. I received the invoice and the fee due was $2670.

I spoke with Mr. St. Marie regarding the junk fees and requested and explanation. Mr. St. Marie began by saying "I know you will not let this ever happen again" and the he commenced read off the other charges so I interjected, that the items do not explain anything. Mr. St. Marie was trying to teach me a lesson. I conveyed to Mr. St. Marie the case did not involve a hardcore skip, fraud, identity theft, criminal enterprise, etc.

The contract was clear in how the flat fee could be increased. And that vehicle was picked up at one of the locations that I specified in the contract agreement. I also stated that the fees are junk fees and should be taken off of the invoice. I requested the documentation to justify the excessive charges, and Mr. St. Marie said I would be charged for the services because of the countless hours his professionals put into the case.

I responded that if he had professionals on duty, a professional would not engage the debtor in an argument nor approach the vehicle with a tow vehicle that was too small to repossess the vehicle. I also informed Mr. St. Marie the idiot was negligent in preventing the debtor from taking their personal belongings that was supposed to be the negotiating factor to obtain the car keys.

Mr. St. Marie turned into a child that was not getting his way by stating he would return the vehicle back to where it was repossessed, then hung up on me. I was on a deadline to get my vehicle or other charges would incur. I was informed that I could not pick-up the vehicle, that someone else had to do it. Whoever I got to pick-up the vehicle had to say "I am here on behalf of National Recovery Network" and show their identification.

I was informed by D. Wilson about the "lie" information because no person on Title could pick up the vehicle. She was adamant about my not picking up the vehicle. She and the business she works for charged me $125 to make a blank key for me to operate the vehicle since their "professionals" allowed the debtor to take the keys and belongings. I paid the invoice and the $125 for a blank key. The business is definitely corrupt with poor business practices. I am a strong believer in "what goes around comes around, tenfold."

Thank you for allowing me to express my personal experience with a fraudulant, desparate, business that exists off the hard earned money of tax payers.
