Avoid this rental company. Horrible Customer Serive & ripoff. I hired vehicle from Sault ste. Marie to Cartage, MO.in route of shifting, i vehicle began producing wierd & scarry sound and check-engine indication arrived on. I'd to created unneccessary quit to repair it. I'd to remain overnight due to components. Fundamentally, wind up to my location one day overdue so that as an effect one day late in returning vehicle. I experienced all type of difficulty due to their vehicle plus they charged me $100 for additional time. I can not think it. I believed these were suppossed to have a pity party that i endured due to their vehicle. Custermor support was laugh they deliver me in one spot to another and lastly no response. That is rip-off. I can not think how they are doing business. I thought like I'm in third-world nation.
