details: OFFICIAL FINAL NOTICE: I sent in an order together with a United States Postal Money Order on October 15. Not having received the order, on or about November 7, i called your customer service number and was told that the TV amplifier antennae which was part of the order was back ordered and that I would receive the order within ten days. Obviously, that was over six weeks ago.
I emailed a complaint on December 17, which you have failed / refused to answer. I will expect my products or my money back in full within five working days or i will make a complaint with the United States Postal inspectors and with the Consumer Affairs unit of WSB-TV Channel 2 here in Atlanta. You can be assured that the latter will have a severe dampening effect on the business you have been doing as a result of ads in the Atlanta Journal Constitution.
You are in violation of federal law, having received payment in full in lawful currency (the U S Postal Money Order) and having neither tendered the product ordered nor having contacted me within thirty days to give me the option of a refund or to continue to wait to receive the order. Most people would likely let this go, but I despise being taken advantage of and am willing to spend fifty times the amount of the order to make it clear there are penalties for, at the minimum being slovenly in business — if not being outright liars and thieves.
Your prompt attention in this matter is expected past performance to the contrary notwithstanding. I will be making public complaints on radio and TV, specifically naming J D Marvel and pointing out your ads in the Atlanta Journal Constitution if you have not rectified this situation by December 26.
