I ordered a book from Pro Quo (a/k/a International Books, Ukazoo Books) July 12. Received no confirmation. I started to get concerned, as the book cost over $350. Contacted Pro Quo on 7/20. They didn't respond. Contacted them again on 7/26. They responded on 7/28, saying the order was processed on 7/12 and that the mail can sometimes take up to 21 business days to arrive. I pointed out that it had already been 12 business days and that the book was only being sent from Maryland to Tennessee, via standard shipping (not media mail). They didn't respond. Contacted them on 8/5 and demanded a refund. Have not heard anything back yet. There are numerous complaints about this company, most like mine:

There are also similar complaints with the Maryland Better Business Bureau.
I tend to think the positive reviews they've received on Amazon are fake.
