Nobody should do business with this company (Celestial Care). They should not be in business, due to their unprofessional and unethical practices. Their methods of earning clients business are lying, misleading, and manipulating. Some of their employees are on probation for drug/narcotic use and some of them steal from clients homes, and some of them have got caught using client's checkbooks to write checks to themselves. Even after the company found out about these incidents, they didn't terminate the employees, they just reassign them to different cases.
One of the stories I heard that the company nurse director (Jim) was hiding in one of their clients bathrooms, without the client's knowledge or permission... He was trying to spy on the night shift nurses. She caught him sleeping on the bathroom floor at midnight. If this is the nursing director's behavior, it tells you what kind of company and business they are running. I will not recommend doing business with them at all.
