I have seen first hand, from the start of the company, the true quality of Celestial Care. I am an employee at Celestial Care and have met all of the other employees and personally know both the owners. Before an application is even accepted, each employee is given ahandbook outlining the rights of our clients, on and off the jobprotocol, etc. And is required to sign acknowledgments of all readmaterial. The signed paperwork is kept on file in the office and Iwould be happy to pull up that documentation for anyone, I am in theoffice 9a-3p, Monday-Friday.
The truth is, after extensive interviews, we not only run fingerprints and do background checks of every new hire, I personally see to it that each and every new hire is checked for the validity of their nursing licenses though the Arizona State Board of Nursing. Also, every employee has their vehicle insurance on file.
It is required by law, not to mention only safe, that an LPN or RN be assigned to any client that requires prescription drugs to be administered. Clients are always fully informed on the qualifications of each level of care and have the ultimate say in their care.
It is understood why there is complaints about the Director of Nursing; his structured nature and rejection of second and third rate employees left those with their character in question, disgruntled and out for revenge. Their fabricated stories about him are merely delusions. It is unfortunate that some people cannot accept responsibility for their actions and constantly feel the need to put blame on others, particularly those with authority over them.
