I referred a business deal to Jack Sanford in New York, he agreed to take a $1,000 fee and pay me an $8,000 marketing fee. When the deal closed, he started ignoring all of my calls and said that his company went out of business and lost their license which I later found out was a lie. I am posting this in hopes that no one else will fall into his trap.
