We had sunrocket for a long time before they crashed and never had problems. So then we got packet 8. Service was terrible. Constant problems. Bad connections, and constantly not working. And it is just getting worse.
So Finally our year is almost up, and I called in to have them cancel when our service expires because otherwise it automatically renews. So the girl tells me that I would have to call back in two weeks on the day it expires because they can only put in cancellations for the next 24 hours. That is bull, just a way to try and get people charged for something they will never use because they forgot to cancel or to cancel early and loose what they paid for.
