Never refunded a return, never heard from them, completely ignored my contact attempts

I ordered some jewelry from this company. After not hearing from them at all for a long time, I started to wonder if I had entered the correct information and so I wrote to them to check. No response. I wrote again, and again, over weeks — nothing.

Finally about two months later, I got a response from "Aimee" that the staff was really sick and they apologize for the delay. They were waiting for a backordered piece to arrive before shipping my order. When I finally got it, something was the wrong size so I wrote to Aimee asking if I could return it. She replied right away, saying of course, send it to such and such address, so I thought that was the end of my tribulations with them.

However, I tracked the package with my return, and after it was delivered, I never heard from them again. Never received a refund, and after numerous inquiries, for months and months, I have not heard from them.
