I ordered a pair of boots for my 3 year old son at the beginning of November. The order finally arrived mid-December without having received any backorder notice or anything of the sort. They also ignored my messages and phone calls in which I requested an order update.
If the delay wasn't enough, the shoes were a different size than what I had ordered. After numerous attempts to contact them, they finally responded and provided me with a return shipping label. I returned the package and requested a refund instead of an exchange.
I have not heard from them since. It is now February. They do not respond to phone messages or emails.
