They never sent me my shoes i payed for nor refunded my credit card. Jacksonville

I ordered a pair of work shoes from upscale comfort june 16. I payed for next day delivery. It has 2 months since i placed the order and have not yet to get my shoes... After going to the website to track my shipping of the shoes it shows that the shoes still have yet to be sent...

I tried to email and call the company but i still have not heard anything...
