Gave me some ridiculous charges and didn't want to remove them Illinois

Gave me some ridiculous charges because i paid the bill with the credit card, and didn't want to remove them. How am I supposed to know that i cant' pay with credit card? This happened to my friend with another company and they forgave her the charges for the first time. They completely refuse to cooperate!!! What kind of customer service is this?
