Rip offs continous annual renewals & no catalogs scam

After having bad credit and looking for any easy way to rebuild... ccA offered a catolog credit card that allowed me a 6500.00 limit.

When catalog was recieved only a few pages were offered.

CCA also charged 49.95 X (3) to begin catalog card

First billing statement showed that I owed 49.00 before anything was ever official.
