On 23July08 I visited Walgreens at 7910 Feature Mesa ROAD, Feature, CO #719-382-0427

I stuffed a prescription for 20 pills of hydrocodone in planning for surgery about the 30th. When I didn't require the medications immediately I place the bundle up.

I got 2 pills about the 30th after my surgery. I subsequently required 2 pills throughout the day of the 31st and that's after I realized that there have been just 6 pills

Quit. 6 4=10. Our problem is the fact that of insurance scam and-or the possible illegal marketing or utilization of another 10 pills from the pharmacy team. Please examine.
