I had Request Carpet Cleaning call me to sell themselves to me. I said ok but I have a pet I need a Extractor cleaning done. When the guy got here he brought the regular round scrubbie. I told him no I had asked for the extractor because of the pet. He was great, did my carpet and sold me a Maintenance program for $200.00 for 3 more cleanings free.
Well I have to sell my house and needed the carpet done before showing the house. I called and requested it from a gal named Jen, the most rude front desk manager I have ever dealt with in my life and I'm 56. I asked if they could do it on a Sat. And she said no that it was their busy time of the season but that was the only time I could be home. She questioned me on what time in the am I got up and I said 7 and had to be out by 8:30. She said well we can have someone over there at 8, it won't take long. I told her I didn't want any men in my house at that time when I was taking a shower and getting ready to go. The original guy that was supposed to come over was from JAIL to begin with because I knew him. I asked to speak with the owner and she said she would give him my number to call me but never received any calls. I do have a cell and answering machine. She also told me I was not cooperating with her and hung up on me. I found out she was eventually fired and not due to me, but I did call back and just asked for a refund of the rest.
I had to get someone else to do it but they refused to give it to me telling me now that they could work over time and do it. They quit around 3pm. He also said I have to give them a 30 day notice for my touch up and it was on the contract. I have the contract and there is nothing on it except the mispelling of my name and what they owe me. I will never have anything to do with that company again.
