Run from Amigo Energy while you can. I had two accounts with them.in July I did not receive any statements. I later found out why. I am on the automatic debit plan. Dont do that!
On one account, the charge went from 13c to 14c. On the other account, same city, same area, the charge went up to 24c KWh!!! No wonder they decided not to send me a bill. I couldnt even change to another provider fast enough.
The ACH agreement I have from them states that I will be sent a statement at least 10 days before the debit is done. They violated this agreement.
I didnt bother calling when i didnt get a bill simply becos in the past, I was told by them not to expect a regular billing. They've skipped months saying Oncor did not go read the meter so they didnt have anything to bill on.
Big mistake.
