Ripoff, phone worked one week, no answer to calls, no response to e-mails, account deductions, waste of time Chicago Illinois

Phone worked only one week. After more than half hour on hold when trying to contact customer service, phone either disconnected or could not hear party on the other line. You call customer service and they direct you to someone else. So what is customer service dept. For??? No one knows anything and they always send you to someone else. No good!!
