Purchased a home in March—previous owners threw in First American Home Buyers Warranty for a year—what a joke! Had a leak before I even finished moving in. Took forever to get repairman out—ended up speaking with a supervisor to get action—took an entire day to do just this. Have made over 30 calls to try to get order to have drywall repair. Jocelyn, the company representative never answers her phone.
Consumer should unite and send complaints to California Attorny General's Office, Consumer Protection Division and demand a class action suit be filed against this company and shut they down. They are ripping consumers off! Can only imagine how they train the customer service reps. Totally disgusted and in process of filing complaint with California AG's Office.
