Selling defective equipment

I bought a handy man jack that almost killed my son for 60$ and a sawzall that wouldnt hold ablade for 60$. They would not refund my money or even credit me even after they took the equipment back. They put it right back on there shelves after ripping me off. Somebody is going to get seriously hurt if are community lets this keep happening. I am not the only victom they are doing this to alot of people in our comunity please help are comunity from being victoms from these scam artists.
