I delivered a portable PDA from Texas to my child at Texas A&M in School Station, TX (about 200 miles). It had been delivered on the Thursday, covered, from the nearby UPS Shop, and shipping was guaranteed by 7 PM Friday (she required it to get a medical course on Friday morning). Fundamentally, advantages didn't check the bundle, and until Friday night around 8 PM, no body in advantages understood where the package was. Lastly, around 8 PM, the bundle was scanned for that very first time by UPS&in Montgomery, Al! Advantages administrators can offer no description the way the unscanned bundle was today in Al, when it had been delivered UPS Ground WITHIN TEXAS! Further, these were not able to obtain the bundle on the airplane Friday evening, therefore fundamentally my child is behind in her course as a result of this mess. There's no justification for this kind of customer support!
