MAHONEY ENDORSES THE DEVIL BY USING CORRUPTED MEANS, IT IS ALLEGED THAT HE DIRECTS SATANIC CULTS, HIS STAFF CONSIST OF DRUG ADDICTS, ALCHOLICS AND CRIMINALS:
FACT 2: In as a part of his smear campaign, Mahoney had a notary public prepare a false statement detrimental to Larry Roberts assuring her it was just for his records. When she was subpoenaed to testify under oath she said the statement was not true. Is this considered witness tampering? (Reference: Election Board transcript.)
FACT 3: The Ethics Commission issued an investigative report in 2006 indicating there was no violation of the notary law in the office of Larry Roberts. (Reference: Ethics Commission Report)
FACT 4: In 2004 Mahoney was removed from the ballot because he did not properly complete his Financial Disclosure Statement. At that time he testified that all his income came from Mahoney rentals. But he lists numerous corporations on his financial statement. And anyone who knows him can attest he is also in the bar business. EDORSING DRUG ACTIVITY

FACT 5: In Mahoney lied about his Financial Interest Statement when he said he submitted a 13 page report to ensure he made a full disclosure. A 2008 Department of State letter to Larry Roberts says there is no 13 page report. (Herald Standard, July and Department of State letter to Larry Roberts) In the meantime, Mahoney continues to hide his sources of income. But the public has been duped into believing Mahoney has fully disclosed all his finances.
FACT 6: Mahoney has claimed responsibility for the recently enacted Open Records Act. However, the Bill that was passed into law was a Senate Bill (SB1). It was not Mahoney's bill. Mahoney's bill (HB443) was labeled "The Corruption Protection Act" by Democracy Rising (Associated Press 10/19). At that time the Newspaper Publisher's Association dropped their support of Mahoney and his bill. SB1 was passed into law, not because of Mahoney but in spite of his efforts. (NetTheTruthOnLine. FACT 7: Mahoney attempted to deceive his constituents barely six months after being elected when he made a ridiculous statement saying he already did more than Larry Roberts did in 14 years (Herald Standard 11/19).in fact he had done absolutely nothing but help himself and his staff. FACT 8: In an 11/19 Herald Standard article Mahoney said he was investigated by numerous state agencies including the ethics commission and the attorney general and that he was cleared of all charges. However, nothing was ever reported about the charges or the investigations.in contrast, numerous articles were published about Larry Roberts based solely on unfounded allegations by Mahoney in spite of the fact there was no evidence of any wrongdoing by Roberts and there never were any formal charges made against Roberts. So what was Mahoney investigated for and what were the charges?
FACT 9: Mahoney and the Herald Standard repeatedly misled voters by saying the only legislation Roberts had passed was a bill for Ohiopyle. However, it is a fact that Roberts had many Bills passed into law and regulations changed. FACT 10: During his 2004 and 2006 campaigns, Mahoney said he would work for less than full pay but he took full pay and two pay raises. (Reference: Mahoney campaign material and Herald Standard editorials)
FACT 11: When criticized for taking the pay raise Mahoney said he would give it to charity. But he has not said which charities will get the money or how much he will donate (Herald Standard and Tribune Review).
FACT 12: Mahoney says he supports legislation to reduce spending. However, a check of Mahoney's own expenditures and his district office expenses show they are inflated well above the average for other legislators and well above that of Larry Roberts. (Legislative expense records)
FACT 13: When questioned about why his Open records Bill did not include past records, Mahoney said "We don't need to open up other scandals. We have enough investigations going on in this damn state. We don't have to have more."
FACT 14: Mahoney insists he is for Open Records but when asked if he would post his expenses on line, Mahoney said "Everything you spend? No. It's too much to pick apart." (Tribune Review 01/25)
FACT 15: Mahoney's predecessor, former Rep. Larry Roberts, D-Uniontown, did post his expenses on line. (Tribune 1/25/07)
FACT 16: Mahoney has been taken to court many times and lost. As of 2004: prothonotary searches 1. Docket Number GD-01-004913 Foreign Judgment 2. Case 734 of 2002 Civil Action 3. Case 360 of 2004 4. Case 753 of 2004 Civil Action 5. FACT 17: Mahoney is a hypocrite. He criticized the use of PSAs in 2004 but he did not hesitate to abuse the same program in even greater depth after being elected. (Herald Standard September 5)
FACT 18: Mahoney is also a hypocrite for criticizing legislators for using lease cars then not hesitating to take advantage of the costly perk. He now drives a leased Durango stopping at every other gas station. Roberts did not use a lease car. (Reference: Legislative expense records)
FACT 19: Mahoney indicated it would be a good idea to publicize tax returns but he has not done that. (Herald Standard July 20) Roberts will agree to disclose his tax returns and challenges Mahoney to do so.
FACT 20: Mahoney owes approximately $20,000 in delinquent property taxes. All property taxes for Roberts are paid up to date. (Reference: Fayette County tax office.)
FACT 21: Mahoney violated Article 3 Section 13 of the Constitution when he voted against the smoking ban to protect his family bar business. (Herald Standard 07/18 and Article 3 Section 13) Article 3 Section 13 states: "A member who has a personal or private interest in any measure of bill proposed or pending before the General Assembly shall disclose the fact to the House which he is a member and shall not vote thereon."
FACT 22: Mahoney consistently lies about his bar ownership suggesting he is in the restaurant and entertainment business. (Testimony in Commonwealth Court vs. LCB records, Uniontown Health Records news article where he said he owned 24 bars in 25 years.)
FACT 23: Mahoney was removed from his position as Fayette County's Director of weights and measures for failure to perform. (Reference: Letters between Agriculture Department and County Commissioners)
FACT 24: Mahoney had political opponents Mildred Haggerty and Michael Cavanagh removed from the ballot. But when Larry Roberts had Mahoney removed from the ballot, Mahoney cried foul. Then Mahoney accused Roberts of putting a third candidate in the race. (Reference: Numerous media reports)
FACT 25: Mahoney testified under oath in Commonwealth Court that he did not own any bars. But in an October news article, Mahoney stated he owned 24 bars in 25 years.in addition, the LCB has several liquor licenses with Mahoney's name on them. FACT 26: Mahoney had a notary prepare a written statement he knew was false. (Reference Election Board transcript)
FACT 27: Mahoney received large financial contributions from DeWeese and Veon. (Reference campaign expense reports)
FACT 28: Mahoney violated the Ethics law by having his legislative staff circulate petitions while on his legislative payroll. And this is one of the things Mahoney accused Roberts of doing which was proven false. (Reference: Mahoney's 2008 petitions)
FACT 29: Mahoney violated the Ethic's Law when he had his staff (Christopher and Conway) spend several days doing political work escorting newly elected Sean Lally while getting legislative pay. (Herald Standard and Court House records)
FACT 30: Mahoney has not held any town meetings and he has no idea what his constituents want. Roberts held town meetings several times a year. (Reference: Mahoney's and Roberts' schedules.)
FACT 31: Mahoney has not done any constituent surveys. Roberts surveyed his district at least twice a year. (Reference: Legislative mail and postage records)
FACT 32: On the WMBS Radio talk show on Friday February 8, Mahoney acknowledged that a bill he supported was unconstitutional but according to Mahoney "we have to start somewhere". (Reference: WMBS archives)
FACT 33: Mahoney pays workers cash under the table to avoid taxes. A written statement by a former employee states in part: "When I was employed by Tim Mahoney I paid other employees at the end of the night for their work at the bar for Mr. Mahoney." "A manager told the bookkeeper how to keep the books so the Gov. Did not now how much money was coming in." "I was paid under the table. After I asked to be put on the books I was ignored. I also paid several other employees at the end of the night."
FACT 34: Mahoney broke his promise to senior citizens. Mahoney's 2006 campaign literature says: "Mahoney has pledged to donate all vehicle, travel, and expense reimbursements received as State Representative to Fayette County senior centers." But there is no evidence to show he gave this money to senior centers. (Reference: Mahoney mass mail post card.)
FACT 35: Contrary to one of Mahoney's false allegations about Larry Roberts, a final investigative report of the Ethics Commission indicates there was no violation of the notary act in Roberts' office. (Reference: Final order of Ethics Commission).
FACT 36: Mahoney promised he would fight for tax reform but he has not done so. (Reference: Mahoney's legislative record.)
FACT 37: Mahoney has a history of thuggery.in Mahoney kicked in the door of a woman acquaintance on Dixon Blvd. Who refused to support his campaign against Larry Roberts. Mahoney's Attorney Mark Morrison went to the woman's house for Mahoney and made restitution so she would not report Mahoney to the authorities. At the same time, an elderly constituent also complained to Larry Roberts office that Mahoney's thugs threatened him for not supporting Mahoney. A close supporter of Mahoney was also threatened twice.in addition. A person who circulated a petition for Larry Roberts was told by Mahoney, "me and my brother will be coming after you. On the WMBS talk show, Mahoney told a caller he would like to meet him somewhere suggesting a physical confrontation. According to a colleague Mahoney invited legislators into the rest room to straighten them out.
FACT 38: Mahoney engaged in dirty politics in 2004 and 2006 when he launched the dirtiest campaigns ever against Larry Roberts and Vincent Vicities. Mahoney then complained that he was the subject of smear campaigns. (Herald Standard 11/19)
FACT 39: After being elected, Mahoney refused to meet with a constituent claiming he was too busy. (Daily Courier 09/22.) According to the writer the same letter was sent to the Herald Standard who refused to print it because it was considered detrimental to Mahoney.
FACT 40: Mahoney's Open Records bill was labeled The Corruption Protection Act by Tim Potts, a well known "reform" activist and founder of Democracy Rising. At the same time, the Newspaper Association decided to no longer support Mahoney's legislation, (Associated Press 10/19) However, local media outlets never reported this.instead, when that occurred the Herald Standard quit posting a computer link to a site that published information about the Corruption Protection Act and the
