This company, Royal Star Benefits, Telephoned me and solicited a product inwhich they made promises to be completelted by a certain date and thus far have only lied and stalled and the only ting they did do was to charge my credit card for $249.00. They have promised to refund the money claiming business problems, however they have not don e so.
The product is a credit card they are claiming will be
Reasonable interest rates and will be in hand in 10
Days its has been approx 49 days in my case and no
Sign from them, i have contacted them on numerous
Occaisions and was told something was sent 3 weeks
Ago, and then i was told they "would be sending it in 2
Days " that was 2 weeks ago. Today i called and told
Them i wanted an immediate refund of the money with in
24 hours.
It is my opinion this company is fraudulent, based on a
Search on the internet for their company. There were
Numerous posts about others having been ripped off. It
Seems to me they are in violation of both local and
Federal laws some of which may include, wire tapping (
Using a phone line with intent to rip off people) credit
Card fraud (charging unautorized amounts for promised
And undelivered goods and not issueing refunds when
Requested) unsavory business practices and threatening
To hold off on any refunds if i report them to anyone
Including you. (extortion)
