This 6/30 I went to bank atlantic at 56st. I went because I want to talk about some overdraft fees in my account. The lady that talk to me treat me in a bad way, she don, t know how to treat customers, she talk to me in a loud voice. I went to mental health at the va hospital the doctor want to put me in the hospital when she noticed my nervous condition, at this time I am emotionally stressful, all of this happen in front of my 14 year old son. I try to get a response from the bank but the bank don, t call or write to me about this situation.
