I will keep this short and simple. My fiance bought an engagement ring from Kay in October the ring fell out in June and the company said since I did not bring the ring back in 6 months, it's my fault the stone fell out. As you can imagine, I've called and written everyone about this, no response.
$3000 dollars gone!
Do not buy from kay jewelers/jared.
