Their representatives aren't held accountable

I was informed of my account information and resolution as it regarded a banking error by one representative. Then three days later, I was told that there was no record of that call and that the representative had not left any notations, futhermore I was informed that the opposite events had occured on my account and the agent is not responsible for her statements as it isn't known what was said.

The call Friday gauranteed one thing and the next call discredited the first call unbenounced to me. Needless to say, I was charged astronomical fees and was lied to by people who handle my money and personal information every day. They seem to have a Bank of America complex.
