I received a bill for $63.23 from AT&T. I am not their customer. For two weeks I have been trying to find out what is the bill for.
Finally today after spending 30-40 minutes on the phone with them, I was told it is for making a call to Russia using a 1010288 dial around service.
The conversation lasted 8 minutes. That is $7.91 cents per minute. First of all I never use 1010288 service. Second there are no changes per minute like that from anyone.
When I call the supervisor he told me that he can't do anything and that I have to pay the charges. I told him I will pay 0.25 cents per minute just to have this matter go away.
The supervisor said no and I will have to pay $63.23 cents. I have been threatened with a collection agency for about a two weeks now.
This is crazy
