I purchased a handbag from this ebay seller and was a little disappointed because the seller waited 4 days before she decided to ship my item, and then shipped it parcel the slowest method in addition to the four day wait. I received the bag folded in a small yellow paper mailer. The bag was dull and had unmentioned marks on it.
I left the seller a neutral feedback because of my unpleasant experience. This seller continuously harassed me and sent me insulting emails all because I left honest feedback. I maintained my integrity throughout all of the harassing emails I received, and this seller continues to send me harassing emails. I reported each email to ebay. I'm not sure if that will help, but it's definately worth it.
I also filed a claim due to the lacking quality and possible counterfeit of the item, but I doubt if this person will refund me due to their rudeness and harassment.
I say avoid this seller at all cost! It's not worth all the harassment and horrific experience!
