Ikea Usa
Refused to take back a computer desk i bought there three days ago i had the receipt and was told that because i opened the box they could not take it back ikea has the worst customer service i have ever encountered

I can't believe how they treated me. I can't believe that they told me no return on a desk that i bought 3 days earlier. I didn't put the desk together or anything. I just opened the box looked inside. Later that day i told my roommate about the desk and since my roommate was getting another desk from his friend for free i decided that i didn't need the ikea desk. I cant believe that they told me to get out of the store and never come back. What kind of a store is this that treats their customers like garbage.

Please do yourself a huge favor and stay away from ikea.
