I am actually still with the company. For how long? I am unsure on a daily basis, especially today. I am actually a supervisor for a year now at NARS, and I have seen it all.
Today due to a report to Human Resources about harassment and bullying from my boss who is a Senior Supervisor with the company I have been put on a probationary period for thirty days and my job was immediately threaten. I went to Human Resources for help after in front of my peers I was treated completely rude and my integrity questioned by upper management in a very unprofessional way.
My write up and performance evaluation was only furnished after I called in for the first time in over a year this weekend. My boss who I text messaged and called as well as called in to the attendance hotline and requested the manager on duty call me (no phone call from the manager on duty ever received), for " no call no show". He wrote the probationary document giving me thirty days to improve or lose my position at NARS because after claiming that a text message was never received actually stated that a text was not enough. He actually stated that a phone call must be received to him, even though he was not the manager on duty or this was grounds for demotion and termination. A phone call was also made and voicemail left on his phone from me calling in.
The other half of my write up consisted of my " job performance". Not meeting deadlines, while I was on my vacation time and not a work. However my boss wanted made sure to call and harass me during this vacation time. Even on the fourth of July asking me if I was at work, when the entire building was off on holiday that day and I was off the entire weekend. I have all these calls documented!
I will soon be losing my job at NARS, and I encourage those MANY MANY agents, supervisors, trainees, quality agents, command center agents, and other employees to come and let your voice be heard. I have a million unjust things I could preach about this company. I witnessed racial and sexual harassment. I have witnessed prejudice and discrimination causing good people their job. After over a year of devoting myself to this company I wish I could say something good.
This company could be fabulous if the C and D students weren't trying to keep the A and B students from stealing their jobs in upper management NARS could be fabulous. The amount of jobs, the concept, and the experience could be great. If the company taught how to nuture and coerce agents into doing well instead of discouraging and criticizing, we would have so many great people there. I actually have to give good credit where credit is due, to a few of the upper management staff there Renee, Michele, and Alissa who are professional and leaders amongst their peers. I also have to say some of the managers there I haven't had the pleasure I cannot judge. I used to love my job when I was under certain management now I feel like the kid getting beat up by the school bully and wondering when I will be humiliated again. I will miss working there and times will be hard for myself and child, but I give my manager two -five days to complete my termination, and I will update you then. Please be cautious of this company anything goes.
