This company lures you in, gives you nothing of value for your money and then does everything in its power to prevent you from closing your account. As a result of their not closing my account when requested, they have overdrawn my checking account so I'm not only out the $50 (TWICE!) but I'm out an additional $35 bank charge simply because they lied to me.
Don't wait for this to happen to you. If your bank can't help you block charges from this disgusting company, then close your account and open a new one — it's cheaper!
Hopefully, the Attorney General of Utah will get enough dirt on this company, it shouldn't take much effort, and shut this slimy outfit down. Please add your support by filing a complaint with the following entities:
