Ripoff business from hell ripoff consumer fraud

I ordered an indoor mini dish about three mounths now and haven't recieved it yet.

It was supposed to be recieved within four to six weeks.
I sent a money order for $12 for the product, all I recieve from them is a catolog which I've never revieved before.
