I ordered a simple pair of slippers for my husband for Christmas. I ordered them early so I would recieve them in time. (NOV 5) When I did not recieve them by the end of November, I found there phone number and called. I was lucky enough to be able to talk to someone at this time, and I was told that the slippers were on back-order and they would be sent out Dec. 6. I have repeatedly tried to call again to make sure they were sent, but now the line is constantly busy.
