I will no longer use this business as my dry cleaners. They promise next day service and fail to meet that promise on a regular basis. Four times out of the last ten times I have used them my cloths were not back on time. They offer every excuse in the book and never offer an apology. This last time I dropped my cleaning off on the 3rd of July and was told I could pick them up on the 7th of July. Whey I arrived to pick up the cleaning I was told they were not delivered or cleaned because the production plant did not have enough workers. This company is a joke. This company also owns and operates three other cleaners in Olive Branch, Mississippi on Goodman Rd and Hack Cross Rd. And the other location is in Memphis TN.
Beware customers and potential customers that you may not get you cleaning back.
There are plenty of other cleaners with better business practices and customer service relations other then this one. This business does not deserve or appreciate the customers it has and I hope they all go else where.
