Callander Cleaners posts their hours 7 am to 7 pm Mon. Through Sat. I went to pick up dry cleaning & they were closed at 4 pm on a Wednesday. There was no sign to explain closed due to emergency or whatever & whether they would re open & when. Since no information was given I went across the street to look around & returned 30 minutes later only to find the store still closed. There was no telephone number on the dry cleaning slip & I did not have a smart phone so I went home. I then called another cleaners & found out the Pickerington Callander Cleaner's number. The person I spoke with said that the Pickerington Cleaners had been closed since 3 pm & that someone would be there around 5:30 pm. I called several times before finally reaching someone at 5:45 pm. I then went out in the rain (I work 10 hours every day) to pick up my dry cleaning. I asked for a discount but none was given. I called & left a message for Lynn C. Who is the manager & she never returned my call.
