Person to set up an appointment for my husband to have a massage as a Christmas gift. Gina appeared within 2 days to
Exchange her gift certificate for my $60.00, and said she would call me to set up an appointment. When she didn't, I called her, and to make a long story short... 5 times she broke her pledge to call me, and 4X she deserted by not showing up to return our $60.00! I checked the white pages for her address, and found she had moved around this area 10 times... Only a P.O. Box address was listed. June 18th is the last date she didn't show up on. If she did this to us, she is doing it to others, and that's why I am posting this complaint. Before other hurting people are ripped off in the same manner. We are seniors who have taken HUGE financial losses in the past, and this is the LAST thing we need!!! Thank you.
