I have had the same problem that everyone else seems to have. I can never get through to anyone. They did not bill me for several months because of changes they were making and then they sent me a huge bill. They said I could make payments and then disconnected my phone. When I called to pay the balance in full they had archived my phone number and then reassigned me another number that belonged to someone else. They have never given me credit for payments I have made and they keep sending me bills adding on interest and late charges. Despite the payment information I have provided them with and confirmation numbers.
