When I contacted CleanDry USA, the receptionist said the men would move everything that needed to be moved. I moved all but one chair myself. I had to ask them 3 times to move that chair.
First the workmen did a bait and switch and wouldn't answer my question of why the advertised service wouldn't be sufficient. They not only didn't honor the ad, they wouldn't give me a senior discount either. I am 68. When I moved a love seat so they could get through a space to clean, they didn't move it back so there is an obvious end to the clean area and start of dirty area. The loveseat slides easily, a small child could do it.
They spilled their "wash tank" outside and didn't clean it up. It was left very slippery so I had to clean it with a broom and LOTS of water. They demanded a tip (I gave the smallest I could get away with).
When I called the company to complain, the receptionist refused to give me their address so I could report to Better Business Bureau. She said I would be contacted by the manager within 24 hours - also not true. The cleaning process did say clean DRY, but there was water involved. The last time I looked, water was wet! It took 1 1/2 days to dry instead of the 1 to 2 hours indicated on the ad.
