Owner / President of the company is very jumpy and practices poor labor relations. It is not unheard of Southeast Electric to set Christmas Eve as a holiday but dock your pay if you do not show (even for salaried employees.) The Executives (President) have set commission tiers for staff only to reduce them significantly once hired. Zero salary options have been given previously to force you to quit. Upper Management can not make any decisions without first asking the owner/president and his wife. For example, managers have had to room together on business trips and asked to stay in motels versus acceptable hotels.in general, this is a dictated company and does not embrace a team environment.
