In the suggestion of the Federal Trade Commission (Everybody must document a using the FTC), I got the organization to Small Claims Court. The organization delivered a reimbursement check that returned. They are in possession of till 05/24/07 to return my cash by US Postal Money Order. When they don't, by giving a check they might not protect, they transformed the criticism from Municipal to some Criminal Court issue for Scam and Contempt of Courtroom. I'll publish an update. Court case does are the price of processing in addition to that which youare owed.
