I bought a lap top in the US and these people were supposed to get it to Costa Rica and deliver it to my house. It only took about 3 days for the package to reach their supposed "home office" in Miami, but then for some reason it took more than 2 weeks to reach the country. I heard all sorts of lame excuses, that the package was mislabeled, that it did not say my complete name, BS! It did say all those things.
Then it seems that it took another 2 weeks to reach customs and another week for the package to reach me, and finally when I opened my $1800 laptop it was broken. Clearly it had been dropped and had the screen smashed and the rear right corner all banged up. They refuse to acknowledge the problem and then had the audacity to turn the blame on me. I visited they're customs operation on Cariari and for lawsuit purposes video taped the way they throw packages from one place to another and the way they throw them into and out of the truck.
Be careful with this scammers and their head the Beck brothers, these crooks are out to rip everyone off!
