In May I did a webhosting upgrade for my website. The credit card payment was processed but the upgrade was never done. Now they are saying my webhosting package has expired (the basic one that I tried upgrading). No one responds to anything. Domain Maniac doesn't have an email address that doesn't bounce. Their contact phone number is always busy. They are part of Interlink Network Group and the emails don't bounce but no one responds to them. Their phone numbers are always busy too — but only when it connects you to a department. All department numbers are always busy. I tried faxing. But no response. I've left voice mail on the fax number - and no response. So far my website hasn't been taken off but I really need the upgrade to add a neeeded database. What ever you do, do not use Domain Maniac or Interlink Group for anything at all.
