www.bidz.com
Scammer

I thought it was a bit weird to bid on beautiful jewelry for way less than even half the 'suggested retail price" but the website looked genuine, as genuine as the photos of the jewelry.

There were a lot of bidders so even though I have not heard of bidz.com all my life, I went ahead and I was so happy to win 5 auctions. When I was trying to pay for it, my paypal couldn't go through, I tried doing that for like 10x and I decided to inform the agent through their LIVE CHAT.

It was weird to chat with approximately 5 agents who did not know how to spell a lot of words. How could that 5 agents be so alike? So, one of them asked me to go to my paypal and send money to them straight from my account. Which I did and it finally went through. I wish I did not do that.

I finally received the items yesterday and they looked nothing like the photos. The chains were so cheap and as thin as thread. The stones and diamonds were so tiny and did not have any sparkle. I asked my jeweler aunt and laughed at the jewelry and said that I should have bought from her instead. She showed me what she had which had the same price as the 'suggested retail price' of bidz.com and it was nothing like it!

I tried chatting with an agent again and when I was asked what topic my question was, I typed 'refund'... And all of a sudden it said "all agents are busy, please email us your question..." I did it ONE second later and put "question about item" on the topic and lo and behold! An agent was suddenly available and enthusiastically greeted me!

So I asked for a refund and they told me they could only do a full refund if the tags were all intact and if there were damages on the jewelry! They had all these stupid rules that I have not heard of all my life! It was crazy! They even had this stupid top 100 entrepreneur sites icon that according to them that they are a part of, they're like on it's top five or something. I read it and did not recognize a single company!!! My sister told me that maybe the bidders were fake too! And maybe she's right! My husband is a computer programmer and he told me that it is totally possible. I tried researching online which I hope I did before bidding on the site and saw all these complaints!!!

I am a stay at home mom to four kids who make crafts for an extra income, I wanted to double my money so I decided to bid so I could sell the jewelry to my friends. How could this company do this to people? It is so unfair specially to people like me who aren't filthy rich! I could have bought my newborn baby lots of diapers for all that money I spent on bidz.com. I feel so bad! I hope the people behind bidz.com gets sued and pay for all the money they've gotten from people. I don't know why the website is still up and running after scamming a lot of people. It should be closed down!!! As soon as possible before more people gets victimized!
